01About

Engineer at the intersection of execution and analysis.

Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering (Level 8) graduate with hands-on exposure to site engineering, QA/QC environments, and As-Built workflows. I focus on what moves the needle: efficiency, waste reduction, and process optimisation.

I have direct experience in project estimation and leading site teams under live constraints. I previously led the business side of a funded app within a medium-sized organisation — an experience that shaped my ability to balance engineering thinking with product and operational realities.

Quick facts
  • Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering — Level 8
  • Site engineering, QA/QC, As-Built & project estimation experience
  • Weekly Health & Safety briefings to 10–20 workers
  • Led business side of a funded app project (past experience)

Capability set

Engineering & Site

01 / 05
  • .01Mechanical systems — installation, QA/QC, As-Built
  • .02Site coordination and real-time problem-solving
  • .03Project estimation and planning
03Selected Projects
Problem → Action → Result
01Site Engineering & Leadership

Student Accommodation Project

Problem

Changing constraints, tight deadlines and coordination challenges across multiple trades on a live site.

Action

Managed team priorities, delegated tasks across plumbers, and adapted the daily workflow as conditions shifted.

Result

Maintained project progress and improved on-site efficiency under pressure.

02Lean / Process Optimisation

Lean Improvement — Plumbing Team

Problem

Inefficiencies and wasted time across the plumbing team's daily workflow.

Action

Analysed the process end-to-end, identified waste and bottlenecks, and re-sequenced task flow.

Result

Improved team efficiency and on-site coordination.

03Product & Business Lead

App Development Project

Problem

Early-stage product definition, validation, and direction within a funded organisation.

Action

Contributed to research, product structure, development direction and led the business side.

Result

Supported project progression and decision-making within the organisation.

04How I Work
Method — not theory
STEP 01

Decompose

Break complex systems into components I can reason about and act on.

.01
STEP 02

Diagnose

Identify inefficiencies, constraints, and the real bottleneck — not the obvious one.

.02
STEP 03

Apply

Apply lean thinking and practical testing on the ground, not in theory.

.03
STEP 04

Iterate

Iterate quickly based on real results, not assumptions.

05Strengths
What sets me apart

Built for the moving parts of real projects.

I lean toward execution. The strengths below are the ones that show up consistently when timelines tighten and conditions shift.

  • 01Hands-on + analytical mindset
  • 02Leadership and accountability in real environments
  • 03Fast adaptation under pressure
  • 04Strong problem-solving and execution focus
